Terms of Service

ZUVSHOP (the "Service") is operated by Zuv LLC ("we", "us"). We act as a purchasing agent: at your request we buy products from US stores in our own name, receive them at our warehouse in Glenview, Illinois, and ship them to you in Mongolia. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Product prices are the store's own price at the time of your order, plus US sales tax and any store shipping to our warehouse, converted to Mongolian tugrik at the official exchange rate of the Bank of Mongolia. Any service fee is shown separately before you pay.

Air cargo to Mongolia is charged after your parcel is weighed at our warehouse, at the per-kilogram rate shown on the site. Weights shown before purchase are estimates. Customs duty and VAT apply only when Mongolian law requires them and are shown in the price breakdown.

If a store changes the price or the item becomes unavailable before we buy it, we contact you before charging anything more, or refund you in full.

You pay in Mongolian tugrik through QPay or a Mongolian bank app. Orders for products listed on our site are placed with the store after your payment is confirmed. Orders sent as a link to another store are first checked by our staff, who send you a confirmed total; we buy the item only after you pay that total.

You may cancel for a full refund until we have bought the item from the store. After that, the order cannot be cancelled, because the purchase is final on our side. If an item arrives wrong or damaged, we handle the claim with the store and replace or refund it.

We do not buy or ship items that are illegal to export from the United States or import into Mongolia, or that air carriers do not accept, including weapons, ammunition, explosives, flammable or hazardous materials, drugs and counterfeit goods. We may cancel and refund any such order.

Delivery dates on the site are estimates based on typical cargo times. If a date changes, we show the reason and the new date on your order page. Risk in the goods passes to you when you receive the parcel in Mongolia.

All store purchases are made from accounts owned by Zuv LLC. Product information on our site comes from the stores and their official programs and is used only to show current prices and availability and to place your orders.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by stores, carriers, customs or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
